Apprehensions
from Non-Audio Alarms
While Sonitrol is known for its unique verified audio intrusion security systems, Sonitrol offers several solutions that lead to apprehensions.
Both apprehensions
that occurred this month resulted from non-audio security systems.
One apprehension came from a dispatch on a verified video alarm.
The second apprehension was a result from an immediate dispatch on a panic button alarm.

Q&A with the Sonitrol of Silicon Valley Operations Team
Last month we introduced you to the Customer Care team and you got to know our Client Relation Specialists Vanessa and Robin. This month we want to help you get to know two of our Coordinators on the Operations Team at Sonitrol of Silicon Valley.
Lea Swenson is the first point of contact for customers like you to coordinate the installation of a new system. On a daily basis, she connects with customers to outline and align expectations, review the project scope, and confirm installation schedule. She works internally as quality control inspectors, as she reviews all paperwork to ensure the system you purchased is installed correctly and functioning as intended.
As the Service Coordinator, Trish Gaumont is fundamental in scheduling technicians to your location for any issues that may arise. Contact our Central Station team if you are having issues arming your system, your doors are unlocking, or have non-functioning equipment, and Trish will coordinate sending a service tech to your facility. In addition to her duties with the service technicians, she schedules fire inspections for Sonitrol customers.
Frequent questions they are asked by customers are listed below, and if they don’t know the answer, Lea and Trish will be sure to gather details and report back so that you are informed and feel in control of your Sonitrol security system.
- How quickly can you have a tech onsite?
- How quickly can we get our system online?
- Why won’t my access badge work?
- I have networking issues and questions – help!
We asked Lea and Trish a few questions, as you’ll see below, to help you get to know them and to put a face to the voice you communicate with about your system.
