Denxielle Loredo
Denxielle is the go to person and everything funnels through her. She quietly goes about her day with an enormous level of responsibility as the Accounts Payable and Payroll Coordinator. She keeps the office running smoothly as a hard worker, dedicated to her job. Not only does she balance multiple tasks for our employees, but she also assists customers with payments and billing questions.
You have worked for Sonitrol, Pacific West Security for 33 years, what is your favorite part of the job?
“The atmosphere of the company! A big part of enjoying where you work is having a good relationship with coworkers. Everyone here cares for each other on a personal level.”
What position did you start at with Sonitrol and how have things changed in the business since you’ve been here?
“I started with Sonitrol as a receptionist, then I moved to Accounts Receivable, followed by Accounts Payable, and most recently added Payroll.
There have been many changes, from the way we process invoices and store records, to the way we receive payments. New technology and software has been implemented and has made it much easier to manage our record keeping for Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
We used to manually tear the invoices apart and it took nearly a day to send them all out. Now, most invoices are emailed to the customers instantly. Email is much more efficient!
Lastly, customer correspondence is now mostly done via email. Customers can get answers to their questions much quicker that way.”

Customer Focus
Tigo Energy was a Sonitrol customer, but when they moved to a new location, they elected not to install Sonitrol, but instead take over the working system that was currently in the building.
They were so unhappy and dissatisfied with the existing security system in their new building that they began going through old business cards to find Sonitrol’s contact information.
Amanda Nguyen, at Tigo Energy, shared the company’s experience with us.
“I am so glad I was able to find Sonitrol and very excited about doing business with Sonitrol again.”
What kind of problems were you having with the other system?
“There were many issues. We received extra charges for work that was not done. They kept increasing their fees. It was very hard to find someone to talk with. It was just not a good relationship.”
What is it that you like doing business with Sonitrol?
“It is so easy to use. I like using their website. Most of all, I like that they call me if there is a problem. Everyone seems so happy and likes what they are doing. It just is an easy company to work with.”
