Central monitoring station received an audio activation of a ‘loud bang sound’
It looks like the operator started to call the customer first, then decided the audio was threatening and proceeded to dispatch Salt Lake City PD.
Operators reached contact customer who checked his cameras and saw a subject inside – saying this person has already broken in twice before.
PD confirmed a valid burglary, and the customer later advised that officers apprehended the suspect onsite.
