Central monitoring station received a door alarm from the Rear Entry Double Doors.
Central station logged no threatening audio heard.
The customer was contacted and requested PD be dispatched.
Sunnyvale PD was dispatched and confirmed the door was found open; PD was later heard onsite with a K-9 unit.
The customer later confirmed it was a valid break in and two people were arrested inside the building.
