The central monitoring station received a motion alarm and saw a person walk through the front door.
The customer was contacted and requested PD be dispatched, as no one was expected onsite at that time.
PD arrived and took the individual into custody.
We spoke with the customer, who confirmed the person was not supposed to be there; he said he accidentally remotely armed and disarmed the alarm during the dispatch while viewing the video.
The customer also let us know that they believe there is a problem with the lock (we don’t control the locks – he’ll reach out to his locksmith) at the site, so the door was unlocked last night.
