GET TO KNOW YOUR CUSTOMER CARE TEAM AT SONITROL OF SILICON VALLEY

The Sonitrol of Silicon Valley Customer Care Team is full of dedicated ladies who work to ensure your system is working as efficiently and as effectively as the day it was designed and installed. You will see them out and about at your business, doing inspections for preventative maintenance, updating your account and users, and answering questions on just about anything from adding equipment to training users on the Sonitrol systems.

In addition to their work with clients like you, our Customer Care team heads up our Police Relations program. This team prepares and delivers gifts for Law Enforcement Appreciation Day and recognizes apprehensions, as you’ll see in the story later in this month’s newsletter.

We’d like to extend an early congratulations to Robin, who is expecting her first child next month – a baby girl! While Robin is on maternity leave, you can reach out to Vanessa at vdriscoll@sonitrolsv.com in her absence.

Police Relations: Apprehension Appreciation with San Jose PD

Last month we shared the details of two apprehensions. In each instance after receiving the audio alarm, our operators quickly dispatched San Jose PD to the facility, allowing them to catch the individuals in the act! A total of three persons were apprehended between the two events.

Joanie Andrews, who serves as our Client Relations Director, and Jeff Lippert, Vice President & Director of IT, presented San Jose PD officers and dispatchers with a personalized appreciation certificate and Sonitrol gift bag for their efforts in apprehending the intruders!

Thanks San Jose Police Department!

apprehensions throughout the Sonitrol network since 1977!

Test Your Smoke Alarms!

We recommend
testing your smoke
alarms and changing the batteries twice annually.

Since you’re already changing your clocks for Daylight Savings Time, schedule your testing
for the same time.

If you have not done so this month, make plans
to test this weekend to keep your system in top working condition.
