Central monitoring station received audio activations of crashing & clanging noises (later they could also hear voices).
SJPD was dispatched.
Calls were made to the customer.
Customer arrived shortly after 6:30am, found a hole in their garage door and asked where P.D. was.
*Per SJPD (4/3/2023) – the officers sent, were diverted and did not arrive on site until 7:00am.
The customer advised that tools and equipment were stolen and that they have footage of the intruders on site until (at least)
6:24am.
In the video, the intruders were filling bags with merchandise and tools & going back & forth to their vehicle.
The power was also cut by the intruders.
